Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our portfolio of products to outlets/customers.
- Evaluate and anticipate the needs of outlets/customers, recommend win-win solutions, and build productive, long-lasting relationships.
- Forecast sales and trends, developing more effective sales plans to achieve sales strategies.
- Actively seek out opportunities and follow up on sales leads.
- Collaborate closely with the Designer/Marketing team to execute top-notch promotions and activations.
- Maintain the highest standards of execution, ensuring brand presence and product availability.
- Gather insights and feedback on market trends to improve sales performance.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of field Sales Experience, preferably in the alcohol industry (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Sales Passion: Highly passionate about sales with a proven track record (preferred).
- Sales Knowledge: A strong understanding of different sales techniques.
- Communication Skills: Strong Communication, Negotiation/Influencing, and Interpersonal Skills.
- Self-Motivation: Driven, outgoing, and a self-starter.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable with numbers and IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc.).
- License & Vehicle: Must possess a valid full driving license and own vehicle.
- Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel and outstation to other countries as necessary.
- Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, ability to coordinate several tasks concurrently, and a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
